Cancellation And Return Policy

At Glowa Herbal Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully to understand how to manage your orders and returns.  

1. Order Cancellation:
(a) Before Shipment: 
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order hasn’t been shipped.  
- To request a cancellation, contact us at gloaceo@gmail.com with your order details.  
- If your order is eligible for cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.  

(b) After Shipment: 
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you can not initiate a return (see Section 2).  

2. Return Policy
(a) Eligibility for Return: 
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:  
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.  
- Returns must be initiated within 02 days of delivery.  
- Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.  

(b) Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:  
- Products that have been opened or used.  
- Gift cards or promotional items.  
- Products purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the original seller directly).  

3. Return Process:

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address.  
3. Packaging: Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.  
4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was incorrect or defective.  

4. Refund Policy: 
- Refunds are processed within 01 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.  
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.  
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.  

5. Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective:  
- Please contact us within 02 days of delivery.  
- Include photos of the damaged product and your order details.  
- We will offer either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.  

6. Exchange Policy: 
- Exchanges are allowed only for products subject to stock availability.  
- If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process above and specify the replacement product.  

7. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your bank or credit card provider. Processing times can vary.
